ROLE: Retentions Advisor

To provide a point of contact to retain customers who have expressed an intention to cancel a policy.


Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Deal with customers after the sale of various protection products including Life Insurance
  • Keep customers up to date on the progress of their policy through to completion
  • Make outbound calls to customers ensuring they have their correct insurance documents
  • Complete customer welcome calls and handle any related queries in order to retain business
  • Contact customers who have cancelled policy/ not made payment to discuss policy requirements and deliver outstanding customer service in order to retain customers
  • Complete admin relating to the policy where necessary, obtaining information from external parties and documentation from the customer if applicable
  • Liaise with the Sales team to ensure all required actions are kept up to date
  • Any other duties as determined by the Operations Manager from time to time
